I have created a new forum database including allthe MODS additions.

I have the original database containing data which I need to transfer to new Db. Original Db has been modified accidentally and no longer works.

What is the best, and easiest way to transfer data only, not table structures etc.

I am not familiar with SQL Server and if someone could spare the time, I would really appreciate a step-by-step instruction on how to transfer data.

You may want to check the topic regarding upgrade from Access to SQl Server and follow the steps to use Enterprose Manager to transfer your data.
