Okay, how come an AND statement gives more results than an "OR" statement, please enlighten me

I mean com'on here is statement

CONTAINS (m.m_detail, '"Windows" OR "Vista"')

Giving less results than

CONTAINS (m.m_detail, '"Windows" AND "Vista"')

What the hell? :)

Most mysterious - what figures are you getting and what's the rest of the statement?

maybe also try rebuilding the FT indexes
