In inc_news_body.asp,
I guess below line
font face=""" & strCategoryFontColor &
should
font face=""" & trDefaultFontFace &
May be I am wrong...Correct IF yes...
Also, it can be made more useful and attractive if formats can be changed...(After all Its FRONT PAGE news..not 3rd page ;) )
Also, isnt it possible to embed link within news ?

| You can do those things but you would have to re write some of the code to make it do that. All this was made for was to put a simple message on your default.asp page. |

Purpose: Embed "link" or url within news
Just need some Input as guidance..
I need to add two columns....
1) Hyperlink : Yes/No
2) URL
If Hyperlink =Yes, then show the news as URL.
1) Changes will be there in NEWS_CONFIG and NEWS(table) ?
2) Changes will be there in inc_header.asp
3) Changes will be there in admin_newpost.asp
Kindly guide me. |

| Sorry, that was a test link. I do not have Front Page News on that Test Site. I will get it on one of my test sites later and will post a link to look at. I am planning to add it to the ES version once I get the ES version working for SQL server. |
