I have downloaded ASPChatWorX.

Now, what I am trying to do is :

1) Now I want to have a link in inc_header for "Chat"
2) When someone clicks on "Chat", popup window will open with a size around 500x300.
3) It will by default, should autologin the user with their userid. It means, there wont be any login page.(Currently, its there)
4) Main Chat window, currently it has two frames and but are in equal width.I want the size of User panel/frame as 20% and chat panel/frame as 80% , of the popup window.

Any one help me to get this done ?

You could try this one. Which has been made to work in the way you are requesting before.

Yep, that Snitzy Chat one is pretty good. Had it on my site for a while a few years ago. Works well with the Snitz member database and is fully customisable.

There is an upgraded version of the chat program I suggested above. It is available here. I suggest you try that using the same forum mod setup instructions. I have been running it with an intranet forum for over a year now with no problems.
