When default.asp page loads,can we "Popup" in new window the Featured POLL ?
But If popup blocker is installed , then it will display in same original base window.

I am not sure about the second but the first I believe in the poll admin section there is a option to show the poll in a pop up window.

yeah thats the option. I am not sure if it works I would assume it does because I have not seen to many people saying it doesn't. Maybe the pop up blocker is blocking it. If you are not getting it at all I would check the code changes.

Now, my pop-blocker is Off.
Also, Open Featured Poll in New Window is ON.
But I cant see any dfference.
