Let's say "x" posted a question. If the question is answered "y", I would like "x" to be notified about the reply with an automatic email.

And "x" neednot not to be subscribe for this.He shld have this option ON by default.

Any Mod for the same ?

I don't believe there is a mod that does this only subscriptions.
