I am subscribe to almost all of my forum and have been getting emails all the time then the past to weeks both me and my members are no longer getting emails on the forums we are subscribe to.
Is everyone else having the same problem? If so, get your host to check that your mail server is working properly. If it's just you and your friend then check that your e-mail client isn't flagging the mails as spam and junking them.

First thing to do, then, as I said, is to get in contact with your host; make sure all is well and that they haven't made any changes on your server recently that may be causing your problem.
