Anyone know how to make a new Forum?

Login as admin, find this icon next to the category you want to add the forum to. Click on it, fill in the appropriate fields and submit...

Is it in the Admin section?.... I am using the alpha release and I cant seem to fine it.

No when you ar in the forum as admin you see on the right some icons. There you can find the mentioned icon.
