Am I missing this or it doesn't exist yet, could be a MOD!

Is there an Email Validation, where upon user registration an email with activation link gets send to them? Based on this the registration is complete and they are able to log-in.

DAAAA, in the Admin Options under "E-mail Server Configuration"
