This is an example of the error mesage I get for every area of the forum that need needs input:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e2f'

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'REPLY_ID', table 'jhdcfrmbck.dbo.FORUM_REPLY'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

That happens because you did not follow the advice given in this forum, on the process advised to upgrade from Access. You need to redo the upgrade process as explained here:

Sorry, I did not explain myself properly. I upgraded from Snitz verion 3.4.05 to 3.4.06. I did not upgrade from Access to MS SQL. The database was SQL already.

A forum upgrade does not change the database like that. The error means the columns definitions in the database were changed, which is something our upgrade script does not do.

Thank you for your help. What I did was to upgrade my backup database and I pointed to that in my config file. I have now reverted back to my original DB and upgraded it. Everything is fine now.
