Ok heres the problem i changed all the setting in config.asp
Then went to the web address that was required to view the setup.asp file and thats where the problem begins

What happens is this
http://216.65.124.158/snitz/setup.asp

It the tries to download the file rather than run it or it just says its forbidden to view it

This is an Apache server, what did you install to make sure it runs ASP pages in the first place ? Chili!Asp ? Without extra help Apache can't run Active Server Pages. The PERL:ASP mod for Apache is no good, doesn't cover half of the needed syntax.
