DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SET IT UP WHERE WHEN A NEW POSTING IS MADE IN THE FORUM YOU CAN GET AN EMAIL OF THE POSTING SET TO YOURSELF AND OTHER MEMEBERS.

If you enable subscriptions, you should get most of what you want. It will be up to the member to subscribe to the topic.

Please note, that in a busy forum subscriptions can become a major bottleneck... you may want to look at setting up some sort of RSS feed and educate your users on how to run an RSS reader.
