I post a message in my Forum (ex. user: johnny, password: abcd9876)
I am logged in and if I go to the message I have just posted, and I want to make a correction in the text, it is impossible because the "Edit topic " icon is not showed. What's wrong ?

Did you make sure to upload your edit Icon to either your images url or in the forum directory depending on how you have set it up? Also I had the same problem the first time I did a mod I accidently erased the code to read that image?
Not sure if this is a help but those are what happend to me I went and redid the mod and it all worked great. Not sure if this will help but it might fix the problem??

The two causes for this would be either you installed a mod incorrectly or the member is not actually logged in, you just entered the username and password when posting the topic.

Search is your friend “I was having a mildly paranoid day, mostly due to the fact that the mad priest lady from over the river had taken to nailing weasels to my front door again.” |

The edit Icon is in the folder. But, even after I wrote my username and password, the LOGIN button did not change to LOGOUT. Today I logged in from another computer and I could edit the topic (the edit Icon appeared !). Sorry, I haven't understood what the "MOD" term means. Thank you all. |
