| I would like to be able to control who has access to topics on the forum as well as the kind of access (read,read/write, no access). Is this possible in version 3.4.06? |

| That really depends on how you want to do that. To achieve exactly what you asked, you'd need to add the User Groups mod. The base version, through topic locking, adding moderators, using Allowed Member List forums, could get you that, too, but the mod is the best and most elegant option. |
