That's very weird. You don't have an archived replies table?!

Why not? Who changed your forum database tables?

members are also finding problems with the lost password option, getting sent to a blank page

they receive an e mail saying go to
http://www.legionreunited.com/password.asp?pwkey=79vo444w1i3t6358008h6gt8vn7f35m5

but theres nothing there

Where would/should these tables be then ?

The lost password option is another issue, that you can easily fix if you set the forum URL in Admin Options->Main forum Config to http://www.legionreunited.com/forum/

Regarding the tables, well I guess someone would need to have a look at what is there and what is missing and fix it, using a MySQL tool or phpMyAdmin.

You will need to have someone who knows the Snitz table structure and MySQL. To reinstall, you would lose all your existing forums, posts, members and such...

Just out of curiosity, how hard would it be to back up the current data, do a re-install to get all the tables and indices etc., and then restore the data from the old setup?

Mark,

I sincerely don't think that is an minimum effort option. If there are missing tables, you just need to get a script to creates them and execute it. It's very easy to get such a script from a working forum and use it.
Of course, your option would be possible, but it would just add work to the first scenario.

To be honest, I somehow missed option #1 - all I saw was "reinstall ... lose all your existing forums, posts, members, and such"

Thats what I get for not reading far enough back.

No it's not. It can be fixed, by someone who knows what to do. Email me if you want me to have a look at it.
