Ok I am not sure if htis topic is covered, quite difficult to search past topics as I dont know what to search for!

my current snitz forum is: mywebsite/forum

if i want to change that to: mywebsite/community

do ijsut need to chnge my folder name, or are the settings elsewhere thatI need to change in the code, config.asp for example? Or will the site work seemlessly with a folder name change!?

Thanks
saq.

I believe you can just rename the folder to community without any problems.

You also need to go in to the Admin Options and change the path in there as well, you may also need to do the config.asp file, depending on where you put you DB.

Watch out when you are modding though ... some mods assume that your folder will be /forum. So it is easily doable, but just be cautious when you are applying a new mod.

Also, if you have good SEO right now, you will lose it, unless you really know what you're doing.
