By reading this support forum, I was able to comment out lines 500-502 in inc_header.asp to remove the Members link from the header.

However, what I really want to do is allow the Moderators and Admin to see the members list, but not allow the members to see the list.

Anyone have an idea on how to do that?

Instead of commenting out the lines, use an if statement like this:

if mlev >= 3 then
   (the lines you commented here)
end if

You'll also need to add a check to members.asp for the approriate mlev as members will still be able to access the page simply by typing the address into their browser. There's already a check in there to ensure that anyone trying to access the page is a member of your forums, it would just need a wee tweak to prevent anyone other than forum staff from accessing it.
