I would like to know what each mlev level is related to.
So... what kind of user is mlev=1 ?
etc.

This is taken from a post by Gor

mLev = 0 means that the user is not logged on
mLev = 1 means that the user is the author of the topic/reply
mLev = 2 means the user is logged on / normal user
mLev = 3 means that the user is a moderator of a forum
mLev = 4 means that the user is a Administrator
