I am trying to add the PM MOD. I am at the point where I need to change the inc_header.asp page. The instructions say:

This code needs to be after the connection is opened near the top of the page and after strDBNTUserName is defined. It needs to be placed before sForumNavigation() is called.

What does that mean? Where exactly does the code need to go according to the above?

I also need to know what to do with the pop_delete.asp page. This MOD has it but the base Snitz forum already has it. Should I just let the PM MOD version override it? I have not made any changes to it otherwise with other MOD's.

The "EXAMPLE-FOLDER" that comes with the PM mod has files with the mods already installed.
You can view those files to see where you should install the mods.
It helps to have a text editing appliction such as Araneae
http://www.ornj.net/araneae/
Araneae has a pretty good search tool to help find locations within a file.

Don't use the example-folder files if you have other mods already installed - big trouble if you do.
