Hello,
Just finished (and I mean just finished) a new site to deal with issues in the banking industry across Australia and New Zealand.
Check out: Australia & New Zealand Banking Issues Forums
All comments are welcome. I do know that I need to make a few more icons for the forums.

Nice design and fast. Concerning content and target-group I suppose someone is working on a more direct and exciting formulated message to the visitor. I understand it as an attempt to increase/build consumer power in one of many sectors where we are just supposed to pay and keep paying. (My own site deals with the consumer on the deregulated power market in Sweden and in short moments I feel that avgifter.com has made a difference. Snitzers are part of that difference. Perhaps we should start a forum for all consumer power initiatives around the world. ) PS Do not look at my site, I have plenty left to do before I can use that as a good example. ;) DS |

Nice. Figures a baking site would have a green color scheme... |

Thanks folks for the comments..
JBaldwin, found out why you was getting the broken header, and why it is important to remember which files need a production copy done and uploaded.. The code to the image for the header was pointing to a system that goes up and down all the time. Now pointing to the correct loaction.
Roger, I used to work at 1 of the largest 5 banks here in Australia and I advised them to take all the domains that would match their name before others did (worked out it was going to cost them about $60K to $100K a year to protect their name, which they refused to do), and to prove a point I took the domain I did and decided that I would do something for users of the banking industry in Aus and NZ.
AnonJr, I was going to go either blue or red, but 4 of the major 5 in Aus use those colors. The daughter did the header images with the green over the top, and thought that it would be the best color to go.

Now that I see the header image, it looks even better. |

Great idea David!, but two things I found ...
- The calculators don't work, well more precisely I can't find how to click on them
- The About Us starts like this "We at are here to provide you with a free service .."
Apart from that it looks great |

i think you should move the navigation bar back to the top of the forum. this way you maximise the width of the forum. as it is now at my resolution 1024x768 when i go to create a new post I even get a scroll bar where the smilies are.
i really like your colour scheme though, and the bank notes icons! |

chumbawumba, I do not not get the scroll with the smiles, or any scroll with screen at 800 X 600 apart from down the page.
Laser, made it easier to use the calulators, and was not sure what you meant with the About Us page, but changed the wording around a bit..
Thanks for the comments but...

The About Us page ....
It reads better now, but it used to read "We at are here to provide you with a free service ..", I thought you were meaning to write something like "We at XYZ Corp are here to provide you with a free service .." |
