I have a pending member who can't complete the registration and I am not able to activate the account in the Pending members table.
I have recently added the Double Register Mod http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=50621 and don't know why I can't activate the account as the administrator of my forum. I made a test if I could subscribe as another member and it was successful but this particular pending member is a puzzle.
I need some help.

The reason is because you have the cookie on your machine to prevent the double register, so when you click on the link it thinks you're trying to activate a second account.
First you'll need to copy the activation link (right click on the activation link, then properties and copy the link from there) then paste the link into notepad or something similar.
Then you'll need to log out of the your forum, close all the open browser windows and clear out all your cookies relating to where you forum is. Once you sure all cookies have gone, copy and past the verification link into a new open browser window, that should let you activate it.
I'm not sure where you have placed the code, but it seems odd that it lets you register for a test account if the cookie is on your machine after to trying to activate the other members account in admin options

Thats exactly what puzzles me. I don't know how I could activate the test account with the cookie on the machine. The code is placed according to the instructions in the link above.
BTW, thanks! I have now activated the new member's account after deleting the cookies. It seems I can't activate pending members from the admin options when this MOD is added.
