when members try to change email address, they receive a notification on own email box, but when they try to complete the modification as indicate in the mail message, by clicking on the link they 've received, they have not page found error...
In URL path I see that the link indicate call pop_profile.asp.
Check the forum URL in your admin options and ensure it points to your forum's directory rather than default.asp or login.asp.
