I had the forum working on WIN2000 server platform with ACCESS database (using DSN). Then the hoster got bought out and switched to WIN2003 servers and no DSN. Made recommended changes to connection string, got it to connect to database (using JET engine)and I could login. When I tried to post a topic got this message after pressing PostNew Topic:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01b6'
Object doesn't support this property or method: 'strMessage.TextBody'

One odd thing I did see when starting up the forum after the connection string change, was a message indication that the database was was successfully setup (a message that I recall when I initially installed the forum more than a year ago). Any ideas? Could not find this problem posted before. Could this be a rights issue. Thanking everybody in advance.
Thank you for your prompt response. I have looked in to the email part of it. That could be it for the new hoster doesn't support "CDONTS", but "CDOS" (or something like that). I have changed it to "CDOSYS" and can post without an error. Again may thanks.
