Hi guys,

running the forum locally on the machine, the date is shown correctly in Greek. When i open the forum from my site, the date is presented like this: "with the last post on 11 ?p?????? 2006 07:44:02"

i have changed the encoding of IE to Greek Windows, Greek ISO, Western European (Windows) but no change.

Any advice on how to fix this? Either present the date in English or fix the Greek characters

Thanking you in advance

I will admit that I'm not as up on my "internationalization" as I should be.. but do you have the proper LCID set in config.asp?

After contacting my hoster, he advised to use the following line in default.asp

<%@Language=VBScript codepage=1253%>

If i change the encoding from "View" of IE, it displays the date correctly in Greek. Is there a way to make it shown in English?

i have set the <%@Language=VBScript codepage=1252%> (Western European) but the date is not shown in English

Can you please advice?

Unfortunately, you've reached the limit of my "internationalization" skills...

Might help to go ask over at Image's forum since he does a lot of that sort of stuff with his forum... (http://www.forums2001.ca/)
