Hello I'm using the lastest snitz forum and trying to install the active user mod 4.0. I'm going off of the read me file and it says Second from the bottom in the "Other Configuration Options and Features" column is the MOD Setup panel, open that.

There should be a select form object in the center of the file. Select "Active Users 4.0.1 for Snitz 3.3.03 compatable"
Make sure the checkbox is checked.
Click Update!

My problem is that the drop down menu is blank. A'm I doing something wrong?

Have you uploaded the dbs file from the zip (check readme for full name) to your forum folder? If so, then your server does not support the FileSystemObject, in which case you're going to need to open that dbs file locally in your text editor, copy its contents and paste them into the alternative mod setup, found in parentheses beside the link the readme directed you to.
