Can anyone tell me what file controls the hidden categories from being hidden? Both my admin & a basic user can see a category that's hidden members only. I do have private enabled in the admin options.

I am going to assume that you mean forums and not categories since, as far as I know, categories cannot be made hidden.

Did you click the pencil icon next to the forum in question and make sure no one changed the forum properties?

Go ahead and delete this post. Haha, I used "Members Only (Hidden)", instead of "Allowed Member List (Hidden)".
