My search results are not highlighted. In admin options I have set the colour to yellow but nothing happens. I see that it's working here so I suppose this is the right forum to ask for help.
Are the keywords being passed to topic.asp through the querystring? Have you made any changes to search.asp and/or topic.asp recently? Was it working before you made those changes?

Seems like the "highlight"-part of the querystring is missing. Maybe I'm using an old version of search.asp or something. I've modded topic.asp heavily =)
If it never worked then you'd be better off posting this on SH's forums.

I'll try there =) Found some topics about this but they are a couple of years old.. Downloaded the files again and they didn't work either. Will have a look at SH forums..
