Tee,
As Roger said, your forum has been updated already with a number of mods, so you may want to ask those who "modded" that software.
1. However, at a high level, you can add live news tickers with a number of JavaScript additions. Do a google search for "JavaScript news tickers" and you'll get a bunch of hits on that.
2. Normally, the color scheme of your site is set in Font/Table Color Code Configuration in the Administration section of your site. However, again, since you have the modified site you have, this may not be as effective an option as you are wanting.
3. Do a search of this forum on flash and wmv for Windows Media. Last year, someone here did a lot of work on embedding videos in the forums. That should give you what you need.
4. Ihave no idea what you mean by 'score board code' but if you are talking about sports scores, you can get that with the same sort of JavaScript as item one. Search for Sports Tickers and you'll find it.
5. At first glance, your site is attractive. The colors are easy on the eyes, and toward the top, anyway, the layout is even and balanced. However, the amount of content is overwhelming. You have activated just about every "option" on the face of the Earth. This is a prime example of where the silly cliche "less is more" would apply. Pull about 1/2 of the options off the landing page, and display them only if the user wants them.
