Thanks Jezmeister, I can't believe I missed that. I also noticed a few pages that have red text on red backgrounds (in titles), like the FAQ page. I'll need to fix these as well.

Thanks spyderuk. Are you aware of the new contest?

It's a great way to get website exposure. It seems more people "read" the topics, then join and post, but that should change. We went from 18 members to 35 in one week.

If changed the color scheme a bit more by adding more blue to tone down the red a little. What do you think?

I prefer the original color scheme. Adding the blue makes it...busier? But that may just be me...

Soar, I agree partly about the blue. I think it is clashing with the crimson, so I will be making it a more compatable blue (subtle like the links on http://www.searchbliss.com ). This should make it less busy (I hope). I'll be doing it later this evening so be sure to check back and let me know what you think. You will notice the change. Thanks.

And IHILL, I'm not sure what you mean by "The reason why can be found underneath this topic"

I was referring to the creation and launch of the blog.
I posted it in this same forum, so that topic is underneath this one.
(although the topic about the Spanish forum is above mine)

Ah, I much prefer that more subdued blue. Good choice!

I've just added a background so there is less white. I also plan to make the top links clearer, then this should do it. Thanks all!

Wow. Love your custom. Beautiful how you've matched your site. I'm looking for the same for mine. Can you offer any tips, please? Pat yourself on the back!

Thanks web_dude. Sinse the pages are written using ASP (tables, links, etc.), it can be difficult going right into the code, even for me and I right VBscript. What I did was copy and paste the generated codes into my HTML editor (I use dreamweaver). Then I redisned them to my liking. After that I had to find where in the codes the pages were built (e.g. Response.Write "<table...") and add my changes to each. I helps to have a good grasp on HTML, especially tables. Also keep in mind that with VBscript you have to have double quotes "" inside the single quotes to read as a single quote. For example <table width="100%"> inside the VBscript would be: Response.Write "<table width=""100%"">"

I hope this helps.
