frequent error

My forum ran fine for several years (only about 10 users, so the database is still quite small).

Now I get this error about once 3-4 times a month:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005' 

Unspecified error 

/forum/inc_header.asp, line 116

The web host has to reset IIS on the server to fix it. It will work for a while, then it comes back.

Any ideas what could be causing it?

All I can say is try to follow some of the suggestions in there. I hope you have better luck than I did.
