What files and what would need to be done if i wanted to add more user levels?
Example:
Regualar User
Regualar User #2 (No extra Powers)
Moderator
Regualar Admin (Only access to forums that support his MLev (Basicly minus the forums that are for Power Admins only.)
Power Admin (Access to Everything)
And then be able to set forums for only those levels can access there forums and not others...
