Tyring to figure out how to make it so that users can NOT go back and edit their own posts without the moderator’s approval. We would like to be able to moderate these changes, so that someone doesn’t post a legitimate message and then go back and change it into something inappropriate without the moderator's knowledge. Any help you can provide is much appreciated!

I lock users from editing posts 30 minutes after posting much like the mod above. We run a large classifieds section and like the OP not to be able to change the details of an item after a sale has been completed.

Works perfect and I only get one WTF?? post every month or so.

Thanks for the info - Do you know if I can set the time limit to zero which would make it so no modifications are allowed after initial post?
