I beleive the closest mod to what you want is the Email All Users mod. See http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=59185&SearchTerms=email+all+users. This mod allows you to email all the users at one time, or to select a group of users based on the first letter of the username (all users whose names begin with "A", all users whose names begin with "B", etc.)
