File upload error

I'm running the file upload mod and for some reason, started getting the following error only on certain files:

Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'

Operation not Allowed

/forum/outputFile.asp, line 70

I recently moved from a windows 2000 to a 2003 server. I can successfully upload some files, but for some reason, not this specific PDF. Any ideas?

Basically with the search I just did at: Google

It is to do with the size of the file that you are trying to upload. Try a smaller file than 100k and if it works, then you need to get your host to stop the web service, and edit a file to allow bigger files to be uploaded to the server.
