I'm getting this error whenever I try and change the setings in Admin.
The line it refers to is the

my_Conn.Execute (strSql)

any ideas?

You have a permission problem on the database and/or the directory it is being housed in. Make sure they both have read/write permissions on it (also make sure IUSR_machine name has read/write access).
