I just downloaded 3.1R4 and noticed that the tools.zip now only contains the access db and some gifs. Didn't this used to contain asp? What is the purpose of making a separate tools folder just to hold the graphics? (assuming the db is not used or is placed elsewhere). Couldn't these be dumped in with the rest or am I missing something? Thanks.
They are the graphics that are currently used, but have different colored backgrounds. What they are there for is if you have say a black background, you could take the graphics in the tools directory that have black backgrounds and rename them to the same names used by the forum and then just overwrite the current ones.
The DB that is in the tools.zip (which is unzipped to the tools directory) is the only DB included.
