After I switched servers the info about the users OS/browser is "unknown", anyone know what could be the cause?

Are you talking about unknown users on your active users page?

Is it only the OS/Browser that shows up as unknown? Are you using an unmodified version of AU?

it's only the os/browser that's unknown, all other info is correct. I've translated the AU mod, don't remember if I did anything else. It did work on the other server though..
podge: it's both registered users and visitors.

The screenshot link doesn't work as it points to an asp-file. The correct link is http://www.gotlandrace.se/tabort/activeusers.jpg.

This error has been reported before (see this topic), and the solution was this post. The situation was the same, mysql db and server-move, so it will hopefully work for you too.
