I like it! not that I'm a fan of these kinds of 'games', but I still like it!
Do you use only the number of posts to construct the 'experience level'?

I was talking to one of my users yesterday about someting like this.. I wanted to get a level based on posts per day + time since registering + times logged in and some other stuff.. I put it on my check-this-up-when-there-is-time-list =)

if post per day and time, has many problem to solve such as add table, add field, add code
I simply solve increasing level to make forum plentiful
