Whenever I try to delete a forum with posts or a category with forums in it, I run into this problem:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e31'

Timeout expired

/bbs/pop_delete.asp, line 329

Anyone know how to fix it?

Probably you have a quite loaded SQL Server... Have you talked to your host about it? Deleting a forum will just execute several delete statements. No real reason for timeouts, IMO.

Well, I just got back server access a few minutes ago. I'll look into it.

you could also use DROP DATABASE, or just stop the db and remove it using Enterprise Mangler...

What?!! It doesn't look like he wants to delete the whole board... at least not to me.
