Forum will not recognize me as Administrator for certain things but
lets me perform certain Adminstration tasks.
I can log-in as Administrator, but not able to modify or create categories or forums.
I can't see my own profile even after login.
"You are logged on as "Waldemar" does not appears. To log as Administraor I have to do it with browser bookmark to Amin_login.asp.
Any Ideas

Have you tried to delete your cookies, close all browser windows and then try to login again?

I deleted all cookies I could find while offline, no luck.

Check your computer's date, make sure it is correct. Also check your forum URL, in Admin Options -> Main Config.

Computer Date is OK.
