hi
i never had any problem with my sound card.
i had to format my HD and when installing the XP
i getting this error.
(usualy the XP installed it without me giving drivers-i don't
have them)




Can some one help?

Do you have a Dell PC by any chance? I had that problem when I re-installed XP and had to download the driver from the Dell website.

If not, have you tried installing the driver from the Windows XP installation disc?

NO-i have Compaq Evo.

and yes i tryed via the XP CD.

I'd go back to the vendor, sounds like you've got a problem there :(
