This version is an Alpha release... it is not production and if you are not very comfortable with the forum code, you should not install it.
If you do want to help out in the alpha testing, you can simply go to the admin section, and go to the "MOD Setup" area, and install all mods there (simply select the mod in the dropdown and click the button).
This will get rid of the initial error you are getting.
