is there any code to add descriptions to the description field in access.

looking for dbs code for an access database.

i dont want to stop the forum to do this task manually.

There isn't a dbs code for it, but if you looked into ADOX (ADO Extensions) you could probably put together what you need.

you could try (on a TEST install only) updating the MSYSObjects table in Access (not formally supported)

Here's the link to the ADOX API Reference. I haven't had a chance to look through it yet, but you might find what you're looking for. A quick google of ADOX and Access might get something too.

Almost forgot, do a backup before you do anything!
