Any developer having this logo as PSD or transparent PNG format so I can match its background color to my site rather than text?

It would be also lovely to add it into package as transparent PNG format, even IE (v <7) does not support transparency on PNG, it does support PNG.

Try the Snitz package on my graphics page. Even though it's slightly different from the default "powered by" image, it may be of some use to you. If so, let me know and I'll post up the PSD.
