Anyone installed iTunes 6 yet? When I try to start it up, it's telling me need Quicktime 7.0.3 but only have 7.0.2 despite the fact that the installer includes 7.0.3. Tried repairing, re-installing and everything but no joy Anyone managed to get it working?

Shaggy,
I installed Quicktime 7.0.3 yesterday and it was packaged with iTunes 6, it all seems to work ok on my puter, mind you I had neither program installed before yesterday so..... I guess you could try downloading Quicktime 7.0.3 and see if it works that way.

Shaggy,

Did you uninstall iTunes and Quicktime before installing the latest version?

On my Win2K PC, I could never get the install to complete unless I uninstalled my existing iTunes and Quicktime first.

Mmm ... never had to do that before after upgrading iTunes and there was no notice of it when I'd completed this upgrade.

Really? As far as I remember, every iTunes upgrade I've ever installed has asked to reboot the PC.
