Actually, is there a way beside manually creating tables and variables to duplicate my forum?

eg. I want to open a new forum with same codes. No way of using admin_mod_setup once Active users code is in.

You have a forum with Active Users installed and you want to create another one, using the same code, is that it?

yes, a database from scratch, new forum.

I don't want to copy all other databases. So just plain new one

Using SQL, so thats my problem mostly.

What you mean SQL? Is it MySQL or SQL Server?

MS SQL, actually, I mean, when I open a clean DB, use setup.asp, but forum files are already Embedded with Active users but I can not now creat Active users database's and default values, since admin_mod_setup.asp also giving error.

You could just setup a folder with a base install, run setup.asp, run the dbs file for the mod and then replace the base version files for the ones for the modded forum. It's the easiest way, IMO.
