This is my first attempt and im trying very hard since im new on this area.
There are many things that i would like to ask! (PM creation, avatar under nickname, creation) but the first thing is how on earth do i insert a picture on the upper left side of the forum?
I do not dare to ask how to change the skin of the forum!!
Any oppinions and help are welcome

Upload the photo to wherever you keep your images, and in the Admin. Options change"Title Image Location" to the name of your picture.
As a side note, I'd keep your folder names in all lowercase as it will save you a fair amount of heartburn in the future....
As to the PM/Avatar/etc., these are all MODs that you can add to your fourm. You can find them here and over at SnitzBitz. Once you start Modding your forum you'll never stop! 
Take a look at some of the fourms people here have set up and you'll get some neat ideas. Some are like Shaggy's and Marcel's, and modded so extensively I wonder how much "original" code is left.... others are like mine, and more moderately modded (for the moment  ).
And, most importantly of all, help is always available here. I've not seen anybody put down for asking a "stupid" question. I will add though, that a good search will go a long way to helping you out! Often when you start out you'll run into a lot of common problems, and the answers can be found reasonably easily.... though if you can't find it, someone will.

Well, your first try isn't that bad. You got past the setup, so that's something. 
To insert a picture, you go to the Admin page, and then select the 'Main Forum Configuration' page.
There on the third line, you can enter the name of the image.
I see you've already defined that path to be http://www.huts.gr/FORUM/bboard_snitz.gif, but that file does not exist.
Before you start implementing mods, I'd like to give you some advice first ; reduce the number of forums and categories to an absolute minimum, untill you really find the need to extend it.
Now, visitors see a whole bunch of completely empty forums, and some with just a few posts in it.
Another tip ; hide the moderator column, as you're not using moderators and probably won't want to bother all vistors with that column. (You can disable that colum in the Admin section, on the 'Feature Configuration' page, under 'Show Moderators'.
