Remove the fields you created and let the mod setup create the fields it needs.

my admin_polls.asp does not write options to database or can't read..
What I need to do to get Polls: On ? whatever I do it always stays off.

I'd double check the code as it sounds like there is something missing. If that doesn't fix, I'd start a new thread with the exact nature/details/etc. and link to a .txt copy of the file in question.
