Well, after all that work getting the avatars to upload, i now have a new problem.
The avatars will not show up in posts. they uploaded fine, you can edit/delete them, they appear in your profile setup, but not in the actual profile, and not in posts.
I checked the DB and they are not registered in the members area in there either. now what? |

Double check the changes you made to pop_profile.asp and topic.asp against the readme, making sure you applied all the code changes.

| OK, I did find one mistake in pop-profile, and now the avatar does show up in that. it dtill doesnt show in messages though, and i think i know why, I just don't know how to fix it. the read me for topic.asp has a bunch of replacement codes for different versions of the board. I am using 3.4.05, and there are no codes for this version. what old version should I base this off of? |
