I am making a forum for a middle school. I have several categories for each grade. Each category has several forums in them.
Each category and forum are set to Allowed Members Only (Hidden).
Is there a way to allow students to be selected to view all the forums in a given category at one time? Currently, I have to go to each individual forum in that category to grant them access.
Example:
Say I have this category with these forums:
6th Grade
Language Arts
Math
Science
Social Studies
Can I give them access to "6th Grade" and then they would automatically see the forums in it. Or do I have to go to each forum and do them one at a time?
